To His Majesty King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck"
His Majesty King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck and Her Majesty Queen of Bhutan, along with Professor Wutthisarn Tanchai, Vice Chairman of Thammasat University Council, Dean of the Puey Ungphakorn School of Development Studies, and a delegation from Thammasat University.
Thammasat University has presented an honorary degree in the field of creative development to His Majesty King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck.
“We are deeply honored to have His Majesty grant us the honorary doctorate degree in Creative Development from Thammasat University, a renowned and respected institution established during the early stages of the transition to democracy in Thailand. As we have seen, His Majesty has performed a great deal in all fields of work. It is therefore very appropriate to present the honorary doctorate degree in Creative Development to His Majesty King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, the Fifth King of the Kingdom of Bhutan.”
