(“Information Receiver”) acknowledges and agrees that Those users (i) must comply with all applicable data protection laws regarding that data. including the collection, processing, retention or transfer of that data; (ii) authorize Khaoboon or other “users” whose personal data has been collected by the recipient and (iii) allow Khaoboon or the Disclosure to review what information is available to Khaoboon or the Disclosure. about him/her that has been collected by the recipient in accordance with the circumstances (i) or (ii) above, in order to comply with and when required by applicable law;
8.7 Notwithstanding what is set forth in this Policy, Seller (including any employee, agent, representative or other person acting for that User or on behalf of that User) shall comply. (iii) Do not allow the disclosure of Buyer's personal information to any other person. without the prior written consent of the Buyer and Khaoboon (iv) must use adequate security measures to protect the personal information of each Khaoboon User in his or her possession. and that personal data shall be kept only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes stated in this Article and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. including having to delete or return that personal information to Khaoboon upon request from Khaoboon or as soon as practicable upon completion of the transaction; and (v) be notified.
